Complaints Policy

If you're unhappy with any part of your care at The Edinburgh Joint Injection Clinic, please tell us directly — email [email protected] or call 07881 902 671. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and give you a full response within 20 working days.

If your concern is about the Blackford Clinic premises or its staff rather than your care with Dr. Weil, we'll pass you to their complaints procedure, which you can access directly at https://blackfordclinic.co.uk.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can ask Healthcare Improvement Scotland to look at your complaint ([email protected]), or raise a concern with the General Medical Council (https://www.gmc-uk.org/contact-us) if it relates to Dr. Weil's professional conduct.
