Joint Injection procedure and aftercare

Your booking is confirmed by payment of £100 deposit.

Once the procedure is done, the deposit amount of £100 is automatically deducted from the £299 fee, leaving only the remainder of £199 to be paid.

If we decide not to go ahead with joint injection in our appointment, the £100 deposit is non-refundable.

Assessment consultation plus injection of any joint or area:

The final £199 payment is due on completion of the procedure.

We accept payment by card reader or Tap to Pay at the end of the appointment. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, VPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted forms of payment.

We do not accept cash payments.

If there is a payment issue at the end of the appointment, we will issue an invoice to you by email. This invoice will have a QR code for online electronic payment and bank details to accept direct bank transfer. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Failure to pay within the time will lead to 2% per month interest being levied and debt recovery procedures being started.

Payment

Cancellations and non-attendance

You can cancel directly from the link we include in your booking email, by emailing us, or by phoning us.

If you cancel with 2 or more days notice, then your booking deposit will be refunded. Refunds take up to 10 working days to come through.

If the Clinic needs to cancel your appointment, we will contact you to offer another appointment time. If this is not suitable, we will refund the booking deposit in full. Refunds take up to 10 working days to come through.

Cancellations by the patient within 2 days of the appointment time will mean we keep the £100 deposit. The same is true if you do not attend your appointment.
